At Verdant BioAgri, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are applicable, along with the process to claim them.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

1. You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
2. Your order was canceled before shipment.
3. Your product is lost or undelivered due to issues on our end.

Please note: Refunds are not applicable for:

● Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
● Normal variations in live plants, such as minor differences in size, shape, or color, do not affect plant health.

2. Refund Request Window

● For damaged, defective, or incorrect products: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
● For undelivered products: Contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.

3. Refund Process

Step 1: Submit a Request

● Email us at Ecommerce@verdantbioagri.com or call 088391 24658 with the following details:
○ Order ID
○ Description of the issue
○ Clear Photos of the product (if applicable)

Step 2: Verification

● Our team will review your request and may contact you for additional details or evidence.
● In some cases, we may request the return of the product for further inspection.

Step 3: Approval

Once your refund is approved, we will initiate the refund process as per your original payment method.

4. Refund Modes and Timelines

● Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to your payment method within 7–10 business days.
● Store Credit: Optionally, you may choose to receive your refund as store credit for future purchases, which will be issued immediately after approval.

5. Return of Product (If Applicable)

In cases where the product needs to be returned:
1. Ensure the product is securely packed to prevent further damage.
2. Ship the product to the address provided by our team.
3. The return shipping cost will be borne by us if the issue is verified as our responsibility.

6. Cancellation Refunds

● If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will receive a full refund.
● Orders canceled after shipping will be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Exceptions

● Products on sale or purchased under special discounts are non-refundable, unless defective or damaged.
● Custom or Bulk Orders: These are subject to specific refund terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.

8. Handling Live Plants

● To ensure the health of your plants upon delivery:
● Unpack plants immediately upon receipt.
● Follow the care instructions provided.
● Report any issues promptly within the specified window.
