At Verdant, we ensure that every plant we deliver is healthy, fresh, and carefully packed to withstand transit. As plants are perishable and require immediate care, we request our customers to follow these guidelines and understand our shipping policy to ensure the best experience

1. Shipping Locations

We ship plants across India. Please check the availability of delivery to your location during checkout. Certain remote areas may have extended delivery times due to logistical constraints.

2. Processing Time

● Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
● Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

● Standard Shipping: Typically, deliveries take 5–7 business days depending on your location.
Expedited Shipping: If you choose expedited delivery, the product will arrive within 2–4 business days. Additional charges may apply.

Delivery times may vary based on factors such as courier availability, unforeseen delays, or regional restrictions.

4. Shipping Charges

● Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, order weight, and shipping method selected.
● We occasionally offer free shipping on specific promotions or minimum order values. These offers will be communicated on our website.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor its status. Use the tracking details to follow your package until it reaches you.

6. Packaging and Handling

Our plants are packed securely using eco-friendly materials to minimize transit stress and ensure they reach you in the best condition. Every package includes care instructions tailored for the plant you receive.

7. Delivery Issues

a) Delayed Delivery

b) Wrong or Incomplete Address

Ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. Verdant BioAgri is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

c) Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier partner will retry up to two additional times. If delivery remains unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us, and re-delivery charges may apply.

8. Special Care Instructions

Plants are living organisms and require immediate attention upon delivery. Upon receiving the plant, we recommend, Unpacking the plant immediately. Watering as needed and following the provided care instructions. Ensuring the plant is placed in suitable light conditions as per its requirements.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package is damaged during transit or items are missing, please:
1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Provide photos of the damaged packaging and items for verification.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our policy.

10. Liability for Damage During Transit or Missing Items

While we take utmost care in packing, slight variations in appearance or minor wear during transit are natural due to the perishable nature of plants.
If your plant arrives in an unsatisfactory condition or Missing Items, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package. Provide photographs of the packaging and plant to help us resolve the issue promptly.

11. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of plants, we do not accept returns. Refunds or replacements will only be processed for plants that are severely damaged during transit, provided you inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

12. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package on the expected delivery date. Delays in receiving the package may negatively impact the health of the plant.

13. Weather Conditions

Extreme weather conditions may affect delivery timelines. In such cases, we will coordinate with you to ensure the safe arrival of your plant.
