11. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of plants, we do not accept returns. Refunds or replacements will only be processed for plants that are severely damaged during transit, provided you inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
12. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package on the expected delivery date. Delays in receiving the package may negatively impact the health of the plant.

Extreme weather conditions may affect delivery timelines. In such cases, we will coordinate with you to ensure the safe arrival of your plant.
